Patrick Kelly Obituary, Death – Elizabeth Township Family Mourns Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather

ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Patrick “Pat” Kelly, a longtime resident of Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania, has died at the age of 60. He passed away at home surrounded by his family on Monday, September 7, 2026.

Born on April 15, 1966, Pat was one of three children born to James and Beverly (Powers) Kelly. He grew up in Pleasant Hills and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School.

Pat built a long career in the electrical industry and was a member of IBEW Local 5. He recently retired in April after serving as a Project Manager for Precision Electrical Contractors.

Remembered for Family, Friendship and the Outdoors

Outside of his professional life, Pat enjoyed spending time doing the things that brought him happiness.

He could often be found on the golf course or spending time at his camp with his dogs by his side. Those who knew him remembered his sense of humor and his ability to make people laugh.

Above all, Pat treasured the time he spent with his family and friends. The memories created during those moments will remain an important part of his family’s remembrance of him.

Family and Loved Ones

Pat was preceded in death by his parents, James and Beverly Kelly, and by his son, Derek Kelly, who died in 2016.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Tina (Antonella) Kelly; daughters Jenna (Kevin) Trasp and Brooke Kelly; grandchildren Olivia and Delaney Kelly and Roman Trasp; brothers Steve (Patty) Kelly and Mike (Kim) Kelly; as well as many nieces and nephews.

His family and friends will remember him as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend whose laughter and presence brought joy to those around him.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home, 1701 Route 51 (Large), Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025.

A funeral service for Pat will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 11, 2026, with the time to be announced.

As loved ones gather to honor his life, they will share memories of a man who valued family, friendship, laughter, golf, his camp and the simple moments that made life meaningful.
